This training is suitable for anyone who wants to learn mindfulness and can be particularly valuable for complaints such as:
stress, burnout, overthinking, anxiety, depressive feelings, chronic pain, sleeping problems, fatigue and infertility.
MBSR, or Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, is an 8-week stress reduction course based on the development of mindfulness. It combines mindfulness meditation, breathing techniques and gentle movements to reduce stress and find more balance in life.
What can you expect: 8 weekly group sessions of 2.5 hours including various mindfulness exercises such as meditations, simple yoga and exercises to become aware of stress reactions.
A silent day to deepen your mindfulness practice.
